At Nourre’, each piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a limited return policy.

 Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on used items.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review and offer a replacement if approved.

 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

- Used candles or refills  

- Burned or altered products  

- Custom or personalized items  

- Home decor pieces (including Hydrostone items)

Order Issues

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will correct the issue as quickly as possible.

 Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.

 Refunds

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method.  

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Additional Notes

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are expected and are not considered defects.
