Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Nourre’ is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly. If you need assistance, we are happy to help guide you.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Nourre’ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review and resolve the issue.
